We are looking for Project Manager to be stationed in KK

We are looking for an experienced and proactive Site Engineer or Project Engineer to lead and oversee all aspects of high-rise building construction, including infrastructure, architectural, civil & structural, M&E, and landscape works. In this role, you will be responsible for monitoring construction progress, resolving on-site issues, and ensuring strict adherence to approved work programmes. You will manage both pre- and post-contract administration—handling variation orders, claims, certifications, stage billing, and progress claims—while ensuring the timely issuance of CCC/OC and proper documentation submission.

You will conduct regular site meetings, inspections, and quality control checks in coordination with the HQ team, while liaising closely with consultants and government authorities to secure necessary approvals and supporting letters. Strong technical knowledge in construction processes, QA/QC, and regulatory compliance is essential, as you will issue Site Memos and NCRs, ensure timely rectification, and implement HSE management systems. Early risk identification, mitigation measures, defects rectification within stipulated timelines, and coordinating consultant drawings to eliminate clashes and minimise variations are all critical to success.

- Minimum 5 years’ experience in high-rise building construction
- Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering
- Strong technical, coordination, and stakeholder management skills
- Energetic, responsive, and proactive personality
- Familiarity with ISO management system requirements is an advantage
