Lead Real Projects from Design to Delivery as a Project Architect!

DC Architects Sdn Bhd is currently seeking Project Architects to join its team, with available positions in Johor Bahru and Kuala Lumpur. This role is suited for architectural professionals who are ready to take ownership of project coordination, documentation, implementation and site progress while working on meaningful architectural developments.

As a Project Architect, the selected candidate will be involved in moving projects from design intent into coordinated, buildable outcomes. This is a suitable opportunity for someone who enjoys working across consultants, contractors, clients and internal teams, while contributing to projects that require both architectural understanding and practical delivery discipline.

Typical responsibilities of a Project Architect include:

• Managing architectural coordination across design, documentation, submission and construction stages
• Preparing and reviewing architectural drawings, technical documents and project information
• Coordinating with consultants, contractors, suppliers, clients and internal project teams
• Supporting authority submissions, project follow-up works and approval processes when required
• Monitoring project progress and assisting with site coordination
• Attending project meetings and supporting coordination discussions
• Ensuring project work is aligned with requirements, timelines and architectural standards

Requirements:

• Architecture background with relevant project experience
• Good understanding of architectural documentation, coordination and project implementation
• Able to manage drawings, submissions, site matters and project follow-up works
• Good communication skills and able to work independently or within a team
• Responsible, organised and attentive to project details
• Portfolio submission is required
