Azimin Architect is currently seeking an Architectural Assistant Part I to join its practice, supporting the team in developing architectural projects that are carefully designed, technically coordinated and responsive to real project needs. The role is suited for a motivated candidate with a minimum of 2 years of experience who is ready to grow through design development, drawing preparation and project documentation.

Working within a hands-on architectural studio, the Architectural Assistant Part I will be involved across different stages of project work, from design coordination and technical drawings to authority submission support and site engagement. This is an opportunity to learn through active project involvement while contributing to residential, commercial, institutional and hospitality-related works.

Typical responsibilities of an Architectural Assistant Part I include:

• Assisting in architectural design development and preparation of drawings
• Producing technical drawings, presentation materials and project documentation
• Coordinating with consultants, contractors, suppliers and internal team members
• Supporting project submissions and authority approvals when required
• Attending site meetings and assisting with site coordination
• Ensuring drawings and documentation comply with project requirements and standards

Requirements:

• Part I architecture background
• Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience
• Good understanding of architectural design and technical detailing
• Able to prepare drawings, documentation and presentation materials
• Familiar with AutoCAD, SketchUp, Lumion or V-Ray
• Good communication skills and able to work well in a team
• Responsible, detail-oriented and willing to learn
