Now Hiring: Senior Draftperson / Senior Part I Architect for AHS Terengganu

AHS Architects Sdn. Bhd. (Terengganu Branch) is currently seeking a Senior Draftperson / Senior Part I Architect to join its Kuala Terengganu office. This role is ideal for an experienced drafting or architectural candidate who is BIM / Revit ready and confident in producing clear, accurate and well-coordinated architectural documentation.

The selected candidate will support the team in architectural drafting, 2D drawing production, detailing and documentation across different project stages. Working closely with architects and the project team, this position requires someone who is technically focused, organised and able to work independently while still contributing effectively within a team environment.

Typical responsibilities of a Senior Draftperson / Senior Part I Architect include:

• Preparing architectural drawings, 2D drawings and technical documentation
• Producing architectural details and coordinated drawing packages
• Working with Revit documentation, AutoCAD, SketchUp and relevant drafting software
• Supporting project teams in design coordination and documentation updates
• Assisting with submission drawings, working drawings and construction-related documentation
• Coordinating drawing information with architects, consultants and project team members
• Ensuring drawings are accurate, well-organised and aligned with project standards

Requirements:

• Diploma / Degree or relevant qualification in Architecture or equivalent
• Minimum 5 years of experience in architectural drafting
• Proficient in Revit documentation, AutoCAD, SketchUp and relevant software
• Able to produce 2D drawings and architectural details
• Self-motivated and able to work independently or in a team
• Good attention to detail, coordination and documentation skills
