Drive Project Delivery as a Project Architect!

MIE Industrial Sdn Bhd is currently seeking a Project Architect to join its Puchong team, supporting real development projects from coordination and documentation through to submissions, construction and site progress. This role is suited for an execution-focused architectural professional who enjoys making sure ideas, drawings and project requirements are properly carried through into built outcomes.

The Project Architect will work closely with consultants, contractors, clients and internal project teams to coordinate drawings, authority submissions, site matters and project implementation. This position offers room to grow within a project management-related environment, with exposure to real development work that requires both architectural understanding and practical coordination skills.

Typical responsibilities of a Project Architect include:

• Managing architectural coordination across design, documentation, submission and construction stages
• Handling project drawings, authority submissions and related project documentation
• Coordinating with consultants, contractors, clients and internal project teams
• Monitoring site progress and supporting construction-related follow-up works
• Reviewing project requirements and helping ensure work is aligned with design and implementation needs
• Supporting project meetings, presentations and coordination discussions
• Assisting in project management-related tasks as part of overall project delivery

Requirements:

• Solid experience managing architectural or development-related projects
• Familiar with authority submissions and construction processes
• Good coordination skills with consultants, contractors and clients
• Able to handle drawings, submissions, site progress and project follow-up
• Good speaking and presentation skills
• Chinese language ability will be an added advantage due to projects related to Chinese design elements
• Self-driven, responsible and able to work with different project stakeholders
• Willing to grow further in project management-related work
