DCA+ is currently seeking a LAM Part I Graduate to join its Petaling Jaya studio, offering an opportunity to begin a professional architecture journey within a practice focused on bespoke homes and personalised design. This role is suitable for a young architectural talent who wants to learn through real projects, contribute to design work and grow within a hands-on studio environment.

The LAM Part I Graduate will support the team in drawings, design studies, presentation materials and project documentation. Working closely with senior team members, the selected candidate will gain exposure to the process of shaping homes that respond to site, client lifestyle, context and architectural intention.

Typical responsibilities of a LAM Part I Graduate include:

• Assisting in architectural design studies and drawing preparation
• Preparing presentation materials, diagrams and design support documents
• Supporting project documentation and drawing organisation
• Helping the team develop design ideas into clear architectural information
• Participating in studio discussions, design reviews and coordination tasks
• Working with team members to understand project requirements and design direction
• Maintaining a responsible and proactive attitude toward assigned tasks

Requirements:

• LAM Part I Graduate
• Good interest in architecture, design development and bespoke residential work
• Able to prepare drawings, presentations and basic documentation
• Good communication and teamwork attitude
• Willing to learn in a close-knit studio environment
• Responsible, organised and attentive to detail
