Learn Bespoke Residential Design Hands-On as an Architecture Intern!

DCA+ is currently seeking Architecture Interns to join its Petaling Jaya studio, offering hands-on exposure to bespoke residential design within a close-knit architectural environment. This internship is suitable for students or young talents who want to understand how personal homes are shaped through site, programme, client lifestyle and design process.

As an Architecture Intern, the selected candidate will support the studio in design studies, drawings, presentations and project-related tasks. This is an opportunity to observe and contribute to real architectural work while learning how a bespoke home-focused studio develops ideas with care, detail and collaboration.

Typical responsibilities of an Architecture Intern include:

• Assisting with design research, sketches and architectural study materials
• Supporting drawing preparation, presentation layouts and documentation tasks
• Helping prepare diagrams, visuals, models or design support materials
• Assisting team members with project organisation and studio tasks
• Participating in design discussions and learning from project workflow
• Maintaining organised files, drawings and presentation materials
• Supporting the studio with a proactive and willing-to-learn attitude

Requirements:

• Architecture student or relevant architecture background
• Interest in bespoke residential design and architectural process
• Able to support drawings, presentations and design documentation
• Good attitude, communication and willingness to learn
• Able to work in a close-knit studio environment
• Portfolio submission is required
