Description

O2DA + CPLA is currently seeking an Architect with high-rise experience to join its team. This role is suited for an architectural professional who understands the pace, coordination and technical discipline required in larger-scale projects, while still wanting to work within a studio that values design quality, context and thoughtful architectural response.

The selected candidate will support project work involving design development, documentation, coordination and project follow-up. This is a suitable opportunity for someone who can move between design intent and project execution, working with internal teams, consultants, contractors and stakeholders to keep architectural information clear, coordinated and aligned with project requirements.

Typical responsibilities of an Architect with high-rise experience include:

  • Supporting architectural design development and project coordination for high-rise or larger-scale projects
  • Preparing and reviewing architectural drawings, technical documentation and project information
  • Coordinating with consultants, contractors, suppliers and internal team members
  • Supporting submission documents, project follow-up works and coordination requirements
  • Assisting in project meetings, design coordination and technical discussions
  • Helping ensure drawings and documentation are aligned with project requirements and standards
  • Working independently or within a team to support project delivery

Requirements:

  • Architecture background with high-rise project experience
  • Good understanding of design coordination, project documentation and technical drawings
  • Able to work across drawings, submissions, coordination and project follow-up tasks
  • Good communication skills and able to coordinate with different project parties
  • Responsible, organised and able to work independently or within a team
  • Strong interest in design-led architectural practice
  • Resume and portfolio submission is required
