Lead Meaningful Projects with AHS Architects as a Part II / Part III Architect

AHS Architects Sdn. Bhd. (Terengganu Branch) is currently seeking an Architect Part II / Part III to join its Kuala Terengganu team. This role is suited for a capable and self-motivated architectural professional with strong project administration, management and implementation experience, and the confidence to support projects from planning through delivery.

Working within a practice that covers architecture, urban planning, project management, interior design and landscaping, the Architect will be involved in coordinating design, documentation, project administration and implementation processes. This is an opportunity for an experienced candidate to contribute to meaningful architectural work while working independently and collaboratively with project teams, consultants and stakeholders.

Typical responsibilities of an Architect Part II / Part III include:

• Leading and supporting architectural project administration and coordination
• Preparing and reviewing design drawings, technical documentation and project materials
• Managing project implementation, timelines and coordination requirements
• Coordinating with clients, consultants, contractors and relevant authorities
• Supporting authority submissions, approvals and project compliance matters
• Attending project meetings, site meetings and assisting with site coordination
• Ensuring project deliverables meet required standards, timelines and design intent

Requirements:

• Master in Architecture or equivalent qualification
• Minimum 5 years of working experience in a related field
• Strong project administration, management and implementation skills
• Self-motivated and able to work independently or in a team
• Good coordination, communication and problem-solving skills
• Experience in architectural documentation and project delivery will be an advantage
