DCA+ is currently seeking a LAM Part II Graduate to join its Petaling Jaya studio, supporting the team in crafting bespoke homes where every project is personal and every design decision is considered. This role is suited for an architectural graduate who enjoys design development, client-focused thinking and the process of turning ideas into clear, buildable architectural direction.

Working within a close-knit studio environment, the selected candidate will gain hands-on exposure across design exploration, drawings, documentation and project coordination. This is a suitable opportunity for someone who wants to learn through real residential projects, contribute actively to the studio process and grow within a team that values personal design, collaboration and craft.

Typical responsibilities of a LAM Part II Graduate include:

• Assisting in bespoke residential design development and architectural concept refinement
• Preparing architectural drawings, design studies and presentation materials
• Supporting project documentation, technical coordination and design follow-up tasks
• Working with the team to translate client needs, site conditions and design intent into practical solutions
• Coordinating with internal team members, consultants and project stakeholders when required
• Participating in design discussions, reviews and project coordination work
• Maintaining organised drawings and documentation throughout different project stages

Requirements:

• LAM Part II Graduate
• Strong interest in bespoke residential architecture and personalised design
• Able to prepare drawings, presentations and project documentation
• Good design sense, attention to detail and willingness to learn
• Able to work well in a close-knit studio environment
• Responsible, hands-on and proactive in supporting project work
